“I used to suffer from my bad posture, thick thighs and back pain.
Because I was pushing my self and dancing a lot, just standing still
such as waiting for trains or cooking were painful. I was wondering
why just standing is more difficult and harder than dancing. One day,
I had a chance to learn "how to stand on two feet" for the first time
in my life. I felt my body especially back of the feet very
differently. "Oh my god. I am standing!" I could release tensions and
really relax. Yes. Body is very interesting. Mentality and
physicality are totally connected. Let me stand and let me dance with
my body and heart..."
